We will be running the following events:

Light Weight for Distance

Weight Over Bar

Caber Toss

Light Hammer

Heavy Hammer

Entries capped at 20 athletes

Prize money available

Competition will be Open Men's and Open Women's.

There will be no masters weights. Masters who are unable to throw Open weights can enter but will be ineligible for prize money in the results.
