The wait is over - The Burton Mystery Series is heading to Australia for the first time this August. A global series of banked slaloms, the Mystery Series celebrates community and progression for all ages and abilities, featuring all age race categories, product giveaways, athlete demos, and BBQ/après hangouts.

Event Schedule :

EVENT CONFIRMED. Burton and Falls Creek are committed to making the inaugural Burton Mystery Series event happen on Saturday, Aug 31st. The event location and rollout has been modified, with format confirmation to occur at rider briefing on the morning of the event.

 

The race component will take place on the Nastar Race Course located on riders left of Towers Chair, with a two-run/best run counts race format.

 

Timings and locations:

 

8:30am  - Bib Collection  - Falls Creek Sports Slalom Plaza

9:00am  - Course Open for Practice (TBC)  - Nastar Run (Riders Left of Towers Chair)

9:30am  - Rider Brief

9:45am  - Run One Start

11:15am  - Run One Ends

11:30am  - Run Two Starts

1:00pm  - Run Two Ends  - Bib Return Bottom of Course

1:00pm  - Rider Demo/Jam Session Starts  - Drovers Park

2:00pm  - Rider Demo Jam Session Ends

3:00pm  - Awards/Presentations  - Powder Keg

 

Weather is changeable, so please dress appropriately and ensure that you're wearing your helmet!
