The coached running sessions involves a series of sprint, short distance, interval, fartlek and various other training methods.

In order to attend Monday intervals, you must already be attending Wednesday intervals. 

When: Monday 4:30pm-5:30pm 
No group sessions on public holidays
Break for around 2 weeks over new year
Where: Lake Monger, Wembley
Bring: Towel, water, running shoes
Suitable for: Those already attending Wednesday intervals
