Bike skills and intervals.

Usually around 30 minutes of skills training followed by an hour of intervals on either the windtrainer or the roller.

New to riding and feeling nervous? We'll look after you - this is a great place to start. 

Very experienced and consider yourself to be pretty hot on the old treadly? There's always a new skill you can learn and you'll be able to work harder on the windtrainer than you could on the road. 

Resistance and difficulty can be varied to suit all levels from beginner to advanced - all welcome. 

When: Tuesday 5:30am-7:00am 
No group sessions on public holidays
Break for around 2 weeks over new year
Where: UWA Sports Science Hall, Parkway, Crawley (parking is free until 8:00am)
Bring: Bike, towel, water, cycling shoes, helmet (NB: preferably road or TT bike but most can be accommodated)
Suitable for: Everyone
