The coached running sessions can involve sprint, short distance, interval, fartlek and various other training methods. Ideal for short or long distance athletes.

Everyone runs at their own pace around the track so the sessions are suitable for all levels and paces. 

When: Wednesday 5:30pm-7:00pm 
No group sessions on public holidays
Break for around 2 weeks over new year
Where: McGillivray Oval, Mt. Claremont
Bring: Towel, water, running shoes
Suitable for: Everyone
