Hi all USTC Start Sailing 1 & 2 students enrolling in the Australian Sailing nationally accredited SS1&2 Dinghy Course conducted by the Urunga Sail Training Club commencing on 08 Feb 2025. This course runs for 5 consecutive Saturdays weather permitting.

Start Sailing 1 - $250. Recommended for 10yo and under. Contact us to discuss.
Start Sailing 1 & 2 - $350.

Saturday 08 Feb 2025 (TBC) format is as follows:
09:30am. If you have not paid or provided paperwork, can you please be at the club by 09:30am so we can register you for insurance purposes.
All other days. You need to be at the Club by 09:30am. We like all our students to arrive by 09:30am ALWAYS.
That gives you time to get changed, get a cuppa,
your PFD (personal floatation device), fill water bottles etc and be ready to go at 10am. This applies to every week.
Special Note 2025. We may need to change the start time to 09:30 finishing at 12:30 if the weather/WIND is unfavorable to conduct the later start time.

Who should do this course?
This course is designed for participants who wish to begin sailing in a dinghy. All the equipment and gear will be provided by your accredited Discover Sailing Centre.
Course Outcome
You will gain your Start Sailing 1 And Start Sailing 2 completion certificate.
