This class is a great opportunity to learn new skills and reinforce your technique. There's always something new to learn in judo and good technique is the foundation for excellent performance.
These classes are for everyone, kyu grade judoka through to advanced black belts. We focus on skills and technical development - learning throws, timing drills, uchi-komi, gripping, developing set ups and counters.

As this class is at the PCYC, you will need to be a member and scan their cards on entry to the facility. It’s currently $10 for a Child under 16 and $30 a year for Adults.
