The 2020 Term 1 Hook in2 Hockay and Skills Program will be running from Wednesday 19th February from 5pm to 6pm at the Willows Oval, ANU, and we will be delivering the following three sessions for the duration of Term 1.

1. Hin2H – this program caters for our younger club members with a focus on fun and skills development.
2. Pre-season training – this program caters for our intermediate and senior players. These sessions will combine fitness training and advanced skill workshops to prepare you for the upcoming winter season.

In addition to their normal protective equipment (shinpads/mouthguard), please ensure your child has sunscreen applied, a suitable hat and a water bottle.
