The RPAYC Discover Sailing Centre and Training Academy is pleased to welcome you to our Optimist Open Weekly Friday Program for October - December 2025. This program will include six training sessions, conducted over the dates listed on

17 Oct | 24 Oct | 07 Nov | 14 Nov | 28 Nov | 05 Dec | 

Please note, there are no training session on 31 October & 21 November due to Regattas & Championship events at the club.

All programs are subject to change with limited notice, based on demand and availability. To avoid disappointment, we recommend registering early. 

There are two registration fees available for this Program:

• $330.00 - for Members with their own boat^
• $430.00 - for Non Members with their own boat

^To be eligible for this program at member rate, the participating sailor must be a financial 'Youth Member' for the current membership Season (through to 30th April)

NSW Active Kids Vouchers are accepted. Please enter the voucher code on the registration form.

Program Focus:

The Advanced Fleet Program is designed to enable participants to train to compete.

The coaching is regular, with extended personal commitment, plus commitment to club and class association racing or competition.
