The RPAYC Discover Sailing Centre and Training Academy is pleased to welcome 'Expressions of Interest' for our Intermediate Youth Development Program for 2024. The program will include multiple on and off-water training sessions and opportunities to represent the club at regattas within Australia and Internationally. 

The Intermediate Youth Development Squad Program involves both on & off water training and regatta experience. The program focuses on building core teamwork dynamics and sail trim techniques.

Upon closure of the Expression of Interest period on 31st March 2024, successful applicants will be invited to register for the program.

Program Focus:

The Advanced Fleet Program is designed to enable participants to train to compete.

The coaching is regular, with extended personal commitment, plus commitment to club and class association racing or competition.
