The RPAYC Discover Sailing Centre and Training Academy is pleased to welcome 'Expressions of Interest' for our Youth Development Program for 2024. The program will include multiple on and off-water training sessions and opportunities to represent the club at regattas within Australia and Internationally. 

The RPAYC Youth Development program focuses on improving existing sailing skills in fleet racing one-design disciplines, and introduction to Match Racing development. There is a strong focus on building core teamwork dynamics and advanced sail trim techniques.

Upon closure of the Expression of Interest period on 31st March 2024, successful applicants will be invited to register for the program.

Program Focus:

The Advanced Fleet Program is designed to enable participants to train to compete.

The coaching is regular, with extended personal commitment, plus commitment to club and class association racing or competition.
