NOTICE OF TRANSVAAL YACHT CLUB ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Transvaal Yacht Club will be held as follows:

Date: Sunday, 24 May 2026
Time: 10:00
Venue: TYC Lapa (to be confirmed)

The Agenda for the meeting is attached for your reference. Agenda - AGM

Please note that only members in good standing will be entitled to participate in the AGM. Members whose accounts are not fully paid up by 19 May 2026 will not be eligible to attend or vote.

The closing cruise for the season will take place after the meeting, hyacinth permitting.

We encourage all members to attend and participate in the governance of the Club.
