Develop Your Mental Performance Skills with the University of Melbourne ๐ŸŽฏ

The Centre for Wellbeing Science at the University of Melbourne is currently inviting young adults aged 18–30 to take part in a new research project designed to help performers — including athletes — strengthen their mental performance skills.

This project involves completing an online performance skills inventory, which profiles key mental skills and practices known to enhance performance in areas such as sport, performing arts, public speaking, gaming, and test-taking.

What You’ll Receive:

โœ… A personal performance profile highlighting the mental skills you’re strongest in, and areas for further development.
๐ŸŽ A chance to win one of ten $50 gift cards if you complete the survey by 30 November 2025.

About the Project:

This study is being conducted by the Centre for Wellbeing Science and has University of Melbourne ethics approval. It aims to support young adults in developing personalized performance plans and monitoring their growth over time.
