Location: Bushland beach foreshore (end of Mount Low Parkway)
Time: 6:30 am. Please arrive 10 minutes early for the race briefing
Distance: Short course 4km, long course 8km
Cost: FREE for members, $6 for non members
Long Course — 7.95 km Start / Finish: Park at the end of Mount Low Parkway
Start near the park and follow Mt Low Parkway to the football fields on Lionel Turner Drive. Follow Lionel Turner Drive around the football fields and turn right onto Hillock Crescent. Follow Hillock Crescent then right up a set of steps, and at the top turn right into Harrier Court. Cross Dugong Court and onto a path to Mt Low Parkway. Turn right onto the path along Mt Low Pathway and cross the road at the path crossing. Turn left into Lynwood Avenue and turn left into Britomart Street, then right into a path to then turn left into Shutehaven Circuit. Follow Shutehaven Circuit and turn left into Dungurra Place. Exit Dungurra Place onto a dirt trail and continue into Jacob Court. Turn left into Mostyn Crescent, right into Coutts Drive then left onto a path to Livistonia Close. Follow Livistonia Close to the tavern and turn left through vacant land to a beach path. At the beach turn right along the sand and then turn right to finish in the park at the end of Mt Low Parkway.
Short Course — 3.84 km Start / Finish: Park at the end of Mount Low Parkway
Start near the park and follow Mt Low Parkway on the right side (facing the traffic). Turn off Mt Low Parkway into the park after Coutts Drive and Balsam Street. Exit the park through a walkway and turn right onto Joshua Crescent, then right into Woodwark Drive. Turn right onto a dirt trail and follow into Jacob Court. Turn left into Mostyn Crescent, right into Coutts Drive then left onto a path to Livistonia Close. Follow Livistonia Close to the tavern and turn left through vacant land to a beach path. At the beach turn right along the sand and then turn right to finish in the park at the end of Mt Low Parkway.
