Island Tour and Happy Recovery from the 2026 McDonald's Townsville Running Festival!
A social run where you can choose your course ... Will you take the walking track and enjoy a bit of trail, or follow the road and enjoy the ocean views, or bus part of the way and select a shorter option? Either way, stay over or catch the 6.30 ferry from Townsville (it's not school holidays!)
Cost: There is no cost for this run, but you will have to get yourself to the island.
Proposal: Run from Nelly Bay to Picnic Bay. Regroup for breakfast. Return to Nelly Bay.
You may stop off and have a snack or swim along the way, but come along and enyoy yourself!
