Torquay Hockey Club – Banyul-Warri Fields (Hockey Pitch)

The Torquay Hockey Club operates out of the new synthetic hockey pitch at Banyul-Warri Fields. The facility supports junior and senior training, competition, social hockey, and community engagement programs.

• International-standard synthetic hockey surface

• Goals, team benches and spectator areas

• Adjacent Grant Pavilion with social space, kitchen and amenities

Booking Information

Winter Season (In-Season – April to September):

During the winter season, Torquay Hockey Club holds a licence for the facility and manages all bookings within our allocated times.

• Club training, matches and programs take priority.

• External bookings in-season must be requested through the club.

Summer Season (Out-of-Season – October to March):

Outside the winter season, all bookings are managed directly by Surf Coast Shire.

• Community groups, schools and individuals should contact the Shire’s booking team for availability and fees.

• The club can only make its limited allocated bookings in summer through the Shire like any other user.

• Social and small-sided hockey

• School and community sport

• Clinics, programs and development activities

All bookings are subject to Surf Coast Shire conditions of use. Hirers must ensure care of the facility and compliance with safety requirements.
