Grade 3 - Calisthenics Skills

The Cali Skills program provides technique training and helps participants to develop their skills and confidence. While the program isn't compulsory for the NT Team Competition, participants must have completed the required skill level for their age group to compete in the open section of the Solo/Duo/Trio/Graceful competition, usually held in May each year.
