The Palmerston Juniors are 11-13 years old as of 31st of December 2026.
This age group will learn new skills by building on their base knowledge and strengthening their technique and grace.
As a team sport, your team will perform at our Mid-Year Concert on June 13th, compete at the Evolution Dance Competition in August 2026, and participate in the Northern Territory Calisthenics Association Team Competitions held on September 26th & 27th.
There are workshops, Calisthenics Skills exams and other performance opportunities throughout the year.
