Terms of Registration – 2026 Technical Development Academy

By registering for the 2026 Under 12 & Under 14-16 Technical Development Academy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Eligibility

Participants must be currently registered players with Toowoomba Hockey Association (THA) for the 2026 season.

The program is open to players participating in club and/or representative hockey in:

• Under 12 (and players playing up from U10's)

• Under 14 and 16

Program Details

• Under 14-16s: Tuesdays, 6:30am – 7:30am

• Under 12s: Thursdays, 6:30am – 7:30am

• Program Duration: 5-week block

• Commencing: 28th and 30th July 2026

Venue: Clyde Park

Sessions will be conducted in all safe weather conditions unless cancelled by THA.

Conduct

• Participants must follow the instructions of coaches and staff at all times.

• Positive behaviour, respect for others, and good sportsmanship are expected throughout the program.

• THA reserves the right to remove a participant from the program in cases of inappropriate behaviour or repeated disruption.

Safety & Equipment

• Players must wear appropriate training gear and bring:

  • Hockey stick

  • Mouthguard

  • Shin guards

  • Water bottle

• Goalkeepers must provide and wear full protective equipment.

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and departs safely from the venue.

Media & Photography

THA may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional and development purposes.

By registering, you consent to the use of your child’s image unless you notify THA in writing prior to the program.

Fees

This program is free of charge for all registered THA players.

Acceptance

Submission of the registration form confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
