This program tracks training load, fitness, and recovery for the Under 18 QLD athletes over a 10-day cycle. It records training minutes by intensity (low, moderate, high), game participation, rest days, and consecutive training days. Points are allocated based on intensity and frequency to categorize each athlete as underloaded, adequately loaded, or overloaded.
The program also includes fitness tracking (via low-intensity training) and sprint assessments (via moderate to high-intensity efforts). It is currently in a testing phase, aiming to improve athlete management and reduce injury risk.
