Rep Player Registrations are to be completed by all players selected for a Toowoomba Hockey representative squad or team. 

Rep Player Registrations include:

• Confirmation of Selection - this includes a Confirmation of Selection fee of $350 - this fee will be deducted from the players total rep fees. This fee will also be refunded to any players not selected in the team.
