Who can participate?

Anyone aged 4 to 85 years old. Under 7s need to be accompanied on-water by a parent/guardian. Under 18s need to have a parent/guardian present during the session. 

Beginners will be taken out for a sail with one of our instructors with the opportunity to have a go. 

Sailors with a level 2 certificate or above can take a boat out, subject to conditions. 

Sessions:

> 09:00am - 09:30am     > 09:30am - 10:00am
> 10:00am - 10:30am     > 10:30am - 11:00am
> 11:00am - 11:30am     > 11:30am - 12:00pm     
> 12:00pm - 12:30pm     > 12:30pm - 01:00pm

Please register each participant individually so that their place is secured and they are covered under our insurance. 

What to Bring

• Bathers – shorts & rashie ideal (avoid cotton) OR clothes that would be ok to get wet.*
• Closed-toe footwear (beach shoes, old sneakers).
• Towel & change of clothes.*
• Hat

*Getting wet is unlikley but possible.

Prerequisite: For safety reasons, participants must be confident in and around the water.

By the end of the day, you’ll have:

• Experienced sailing firsthand
• Discovered the fun and community spirit of your local club
• Learned about exciting courses, activities, and ways to keep sailing
