SA - Super 10s Camps Term 2 & 3, 2026

Theme: Continental Grip skills (serve, volley, slice, drop shots)

Back-up date in case of rain: Oct 25. 
 
Session Time: 9.30am-1.30pm. 
 
As this is a new format, participants are initially invited to 3 camps. We will reviewed the format after 3 camps and invite some athletes to two additional camps later this year, depending on the number of participants we invite as well as the training standard and attitude of each athlete. 
 
Format: 4 hour session
16 boys and 16 girls
This is a Green Ball program 
 
9.30-10.00: Warm-up/physical activation routines
10.00-11.30: Singles and doubles match-play
11.30-11.50: Snack Break
11.50- 12.30: Movement and fundamental physical development drills/games (Speed, Agility, Balance, Change of Direction). 
12.30-13.30: drills focusing on the camp’s theme. 
 
What to bring 
  • skipping rope and light resistance tubes/bands for warm up. 
  • Junior size tennis racquets (not 27’’ racquet)
  • water bottle, Jumper for the warm-up
  • snacks
  • Lunch: The Tennis world cafe has limited snack options such as toasties. You are welcome to bring your own snack/light lunch options for the break. 
 
Uniform: your green Super 10s tee shirt will be provided on the day.
