Unwell - Booking cancellation
If you do not feel well, please review the information at the link below and consider if you need to be tested:
If you become unwell after booking, please cancel your booking by email (teamskatel@icloud.com).
- Bookings cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance can be refunded or credited to future bookings (on request).
- Bookings cancelled a minimum of 1 hours in advance may be credited to future bookings (on request).
- No shows or cancellations with less the 1 hours notice will be forfeited.
