Unwell - Booking cancellation
If you become unwell after booking, please cancel your booking by email (teamskatel@icloud.com).
- On request - All Bookings cancelled a minimum of 24 hours in advance can be refunded or credited to future bookings.
- On request - Bookings cancelled a minimum of 1 hour in advance may be credited to future bookings (on approval).
- No shows or cancellations with less the 1 hours notice will be forfeited.
