c

All teams and players agree to adhere to the spirit and intent of the Comp Rules, plus abide by and enforce all Stingers (or their respective club's) Code of Conduct provisions and the WPNSW "Think. 4

Each Club shall create socially-focused competitive teams with an objective of balanced skill and roles across the team to encourage fun for all participants.

5

Each Club shall provide a team captain for each team to guide team development and skill, manage communication and support delivery of the competition, with an aim that these team captains will be responsible for ensuring teams abide by the Competition Rules and encourage participation.

6

Team Captains shall:

a

be responsible for team development, both in and out of the water, and supporting individual skill development;

Any decisions by the Competition Coordinator shall not necessarily become future precedents.

9

The Competition Coordinator shall organise trainee, development or qualified refs for all competition games, with an aim of providing at least 1 qualified ref per game. The provision of refs will be a development opportunity for these individuals to improve their reffing skill and qualifications.
