Workshop 1: Introduction to Coaching
*No coach accreditation or experience is required!*
In this workshop, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of coaching fundamentals. Topics covered include:
- Managing player expectations and understanding their expectations of you
- Essential equipment needed for effective coaching
- Support provided by SSSA and Softball NSW
- Options for coach accreditation and further education

Workshop 2: Fundamentals of Coaching
This face-to-face workshop is designed to complement and enhance your learnings from the Softball Australia Foundation Coaching accreditation. You'll delve deep into the core skills of softball, including throwing, catching, fielding, batting, and base running. By participating in this workshop, you can expect to:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of how to coach skills at the association level
- Elevate your coaching abilities and help your players reach their full potential
