Friday training is back!  Como School of Arts, Friday 5-6pm: Kids/Teens and 6-7pm Teens/Adults.

Until we are able to return to our regular training schedule classes will be held on a Friday afternoon starting this Friday 29th October 2021.  We will be kicking off Kids/Teens from 5-6pm and following with a hour of power Teens/Adults class from 6-7pm.  

Don't forget to renew your membership if it has lapsed over the last few months as we need to ensure we are meeting all requirements of our COVID-19 Safety policy as well as our insurance obligations.
