It's been a difficult year with lots of disruptions and very little training..... however, we've been so happy to see how many of you have tried to juggle your schedules and restart your Hapkido training to kick out 2021!  

We've had a new night, new venue, new baby and some new faces to boot - at this rate 2022 is going to be a fun year for Sutherland Hapkido and one that we are really looking forward to!  

Wishing you and your family a safe and Happy Christmas and holidays and we look forward to seeing you all again in January.
