Who Can Attend?

This session is open to:

• Juniors (U11–U18)
• Women
• Men
  All experience levels welcome — whether you’ve never played before or you’re looking to return after time away from the court.

What to Expect

• A relaxed and fun introduction to volleyball
• Learn the basic rules, movement, and teamwork
• Try serving, passing, setting and some light match play
• Meet the Super Sikhs Volleyball coaches and community

What to Bring

• Comfortable activewear
• Runners/sports shoes
• Water bottle
• A positive attitude and willingness to give it a go

Why Come?

• Discover a new sport in a friendly, supportive environment
