SCWP Training Term 2
Training will run in line with pool availability during Term 2, Tue & Wed 4:30 - 6:30pm
Terms and Conditions are as follows:
1. Non-refundable: Once fees are paid, they are not refundable, regardless of attendance or circumstances.
2. Late Payment Penalty: A late payment penalty may be applied for payments received after the specified due date.
3. Withdrawal Policy: Any requests for withdrawal from sessions must be made in writing and are subject to review and approval by the committee.
4. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct, promoting a positive and respectful environment during sessions.
5. Session Attendance: Regular attendance is encouraged for optimal progression and team cohesion. Excessive absenteeism may affect eligibility for future participation.
6. Health and Safety: Participants are expected to adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the venue during sessions.
7. Communication: Timely communication is essential. Participants are encouraged to stay updated with any announcements, changes, or cancellations via the designated communication channels.
8. Membership Requirement: The minimum membership requirement for participation is Silver Youth Regional level.
