We encourage players to answer the player sections based on their own experience, with help reading the questions if needed, while a parent or carer should complete the parent feedback section.
Your honest feedback will help SCHA recognise what worked well and identify improvements across team preparation, training, coaching, communication, the tournament experience and the overall team environment.
There are no right or wrong answers, and the feedback provided will not be used to assess an individual player’s performance or influence future team selections.
