Event Waiver

By nominating as an Umpire or Technicial umpire you agree to be availbale for all tournament dates as stated in the details. In the event you are unable to attend a tournament, you must provide SCHA with a minimum of 4 weeks notice to ensure a suitable replacement is found.

You confirm that details submitted are the best contact details for yourself or the nominee. These will be passed on to Hockey Queensland as per the team submission requirements.

All members must be registered with SCHA. Please register as an SCHA Volunteer if you are not affiliated to a club. This is at no cost to you.
