How to enter results in RevSport

Thanks for your patience. 

I have made a video, which steps you through the process of entering team results.  Anyone wanting to enter results MUST have a RevSport login (player OR volunteer).

As a club you can either:

  1. Nominate 1-2 persons per club to be a club results entry administrator.  This person/s would be responsible for entering ALL results for their club.  
    To nominate a results entry administrator for your club: email competitions@suncoasthockey.com.au
  2. Nominate team officials, to enter results for their TEAM 
    To do this: add the person as a team official via your club RevSport

 

When recording the results via RevSport, you will need to input:

  • Score
  • Players who took the field (including fill ins)
  • Goals
  • Cards
  • Upload the team sheet

You have FOUR days after the match concludes to enter results.  

For now, if you could ALSO email your team sheet to competitions@suncoasthockey.com.au with the subject: DATE/DIVISION/TEAM that would be greatly appreciated.  NO NEED TO PUT YOUR GAME CARDS IN THE BOX.  Keep them in your book for your records.  Submit via EMAIL as instructed above.

Umpires will separately record via iPads in the tech bench:

  • Score
  • Cards
  • Incidents
  • 3/2/1 points

 

In summary, at the completion of a match, teams must:

  1. Submit the match card via EMAIL
  2. Enter their results into RevSport

This is a NEW process and there will be hiccups.  Your patience is appreciated while we transition.

 

(and yes, that missing player in the video was registered, his last name was spelt incorrectly on the match card!)
