Refund Policy

As an outdoor program, sessions are weather dependant.  If SPC needs to cancel a program we will work with the families to reschedule, apply credits or refunds.

8-week booking (where applicable)

In commiting to the 8-week term I understand that my child must be registered as a Sunbury Pickleball Club member before they are automatically booked in to all weeks and that as a low-cost pilot program, refunds for sessions my child misses are not automatically rescheduled, credited or refunded and at the discretion of the SPC committee only. 

Casual booking (where applicable) 

For casual participants, I understand that this is a registration form for the program and I am required to book into the preferred sessions.  I understand that my child must be registered as a member and $50 fee paid before their fourth session.

Media Consent (select as applicable on registration form)

I/ my child, as named above, consent to Sunbury Pickleball Club and its agents (including but not limited to, any photographer, interviewer, creative agency or media organisation) recording images of me at the event identified above, for promotional purposes. I consent to these images being used by the event organisers and disclosed to any person or organisation approved by the event organisers, including but not limited to, publishing them as part of a book, poster, brochure or report, newspaper advertisement or article, television advertisement or program, radio advertisement and any other media. I agree that the event organisers and their agents may edit the images prior to publication, as they consider appropriate, without first consulting me.
