There will be two x1 hour sessions and you are asked to nominate one session per participant. Across both sessions, the programs will accommodate the different age groups and skills profiles (advanced juniors who have played State Representative and/or Regional hockey, or have undertaken 'Level-Up' training at the Hockey Centre will be offered advanced training as part of this program).
o 8am-9am session – for HookIn2Hockey and U/10 age group field players, and U/12 Goalkeepers.
o 9am-10am session – for U/12, U/14 and U/18 age group field players, and U/14, U18 Goalkeepers
The cost of $40 covers the four week program, and the sessions will be run by club coaches and assisted by senior Capital League players.
Returning players are required to have their own equipment, including; stick, mouthguards and shinguards. Loan equipment is available for new starters. Sunscreen, hats and your own water bottles are strongly recommended.
