Southern Region Squash are happy to announce details for the 2025 Nerang Junior Open.

EVENT DATES;

• Starts: Sunday 19th October at 8:30am
• Entries close: Tuesday 14th October at 12:00pm

AJST SANCTIONED EVENT DETAILS:

• Junior - Bronze AJST event
• This is a Southern Region 2026 Storm team qualifier event
• Total event registrations (including Novice) will be capped at 60 and registrations may close earlier as a result
• Guarantee three matches
• PAR 11, Best of 5 games (novice event will be dependent on abilities)
• Official Ball: Dunlop Pro
• All players must wear Squash Australia approved eye-wear
• Dependent upon entry numbers, players will be graded according to their ability and placed into divisions by the tournament administrators. Some divisions may be mixed female and male.
• The novice event is open to beginners and is to encourage participation. Matches and games will be structured based on skill levels.
• Southern Region may wish to record images of participants during this competition for promotional and training/development purposes. Please notify the tournament director prior to the tournament if you do not agree to your child being photographed.

Entry Fee: $35, Sibling Discount: $25, Novice: $25

Entry Fee can be paid by card or cash on the day of the tournament or by bank transfer prior to Southern Region Account.

IMPORTANT:

Registration for this event is through the revolutioniseSport platform. In order to play, your child will require a minimum 'local' level MySquashAus affiliation/membership. If this is your first event, you can use the free Come and Try membership before having to upgrade to a minimum 'local' level affiliation at your next event.

Existing members would have recently received an email from Squash Australia to renew their membership to cover the new financial year through to 30 June 2026.
