Southern Region Squash are happy to announce details for the 2025 Ipswich Junior Open.

EVENT DATES;

• Starts: Saturday 22nd March at 8:30am
• Entries close: Tuesday 18th March at 12:00pm

AJST SANCTIONED EVENT DETAILS:

• Junior - Bronze AJST event
• This is a Southern Region 2025 Storm team qualifier event
• Total event registrations (including Novice) will be capped at 50 and registrations may close earlier as a result
• Guarantee three matches
• PAR 11, Best of 5 games.
• Official Ball: Dunlop Pro
• All players under the age of 19 must wear Squash Australia approved eye-wear.
• Dependent upon entry numbers, players will be graded according to their ability and placed into divisions by the tournament administrators. Some divisions may be mixed female and male.
• Southern Region may wish to record images of participants during this competition for promotional and training/development purposes. Please notify the tournament director prior to the tournament if you do not agree to your child being photographed.

NOVICE EVENT DETAILS:

• A separate novice event will be created for beginners and is to encourage participation.
• Matches and games will be structured based on skill levels.
