ON BEHALF OF PRESIDENT MARK ENTWISTLE, I WISH TO EXTEND AN INVITATION TO ALL RAIDERS MEMBERS, FAMILY AND PARTNERS TO ATTEND THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF STIRLING RAIDERS WATER POLO CLUB.
The Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday 3rd of July commencing 6.00pm at the Sorensen Lounge, Doubleview Bowls Club.
The business to be transacted at the AGM is as per the Constitution.
The business to be conducted at this meeting will be as follows:
- Opening
- Confirm and adopt the minutes of the 2018 Annual General Meeting
- Annual report and statements of financial performance for 2018-19
- Election/ appointment of all positions for 2019-20 season
- General Business
- Close meeting
The Chairperson reserves the right to amend the order in which business is undertaken.
