Get Ready for the 2026/27 Softball Season with Caloundra Stingrays!

The 2026/27 softball season is almost here, and Caloundra Stingrays Softball Club is excited to welcome returning members and new players for another fantastic season!

Servicing Caloundra, Aura, Kawana and surrounding areas across the southern Sunshine Coast, Stingrays provides a friendly, inclusive and supportive environment where players can develop their skills, stay active and become part of a wonderful sporting community.

Whether you are an experienced player or have never picked up a bat and glove before, there is a place for you at Stingrays!

Come & Try Softball

Interested in giving softball a go before registering? Come along to one of our upcoming Come & Try Days:

• Sunday, 6 September 2026

• Sunday, 13 September 2026

• 9:00 am to 1:00 pm

These sessions are a great opportunity to try a range of softball activities, meet members of the Stingrays community and learn more about the upcoming season.

All equipment will be provided. Simply wear comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes, and remember to bring a hat and water bottle.

Training Information

Club training will commence on Tuesday, 15 September 2026:

• Junior training begins at 4:00 pm

• Senior training begins at 6:00 pm

Training is held at the Suncoast Hinterland Softball Association grounds:

129 Mooloolah Connection Road, Glenview

Our training sessions provide players with the opportunity to develop their skills, learn more about the game and get to know their coaches and teammates before the season begins.

New players are always welcome, and no previous softball experience is required.

Saturday Games

The 2026/27 softball season will commence on Saturday, 10 October 2026.

• Junior games are played on Saturday mornings

• Senior games are played on Saturday afternoons

Competitions are available in the following divisions:

• Under 10

• Under 14

• Women’s

• Men’s

There are opportunities for players of different ages and experience levels - from complete beginners learning the game for the first time to experienced players returning for another enjoyable season.
