All preliminary and final entries must comply with the applicable Artistic Swimming Australia (ASA) Championships Policies and Rules, including: 

This includes, but is not limited to, athlete eligibility, age group requirements, event categories, maximum entry limits, routine participation and any other relevant competition entry conditions.

These numbers are for preliminary planning purposes only and may be adjusted when final nominations are submitted.

 

Terms Of Registration

   Preliminary Entries – 2027 Hancock Prospecting Australian Artistic Swimming Championships

Perth, Western Australia | 19–24 April 2027

   By submitting this preliminary registration, clubs and federations acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Preliminary Entries Only: This registration is an indication of intended participation and does not constitute a final or confirmed competition entry.
  • One Registration Per Club: Each club or federation is requested to submit one preliminary registration on behalf of their delegation, including anticipated event entries and delegation numbers.
  • Estimated Entry Numbers: All athlete, routine and delegation numbers submitted are estimates for event planning purposes. Clubs should provide their most accurate anticipated numbers at the time of registration.
  • Final Nominations: Final competition entries will be required at a later date. Entry deadlines, eligibility requirements, competition regulations, fees and any applicable changes to nominations will be communicated in subsequent event bulletins.
  • Event Information: Bulletin 1, containing further event information and important details, will be released shortly. Additional updates will be communicated to the nominated club or federation contact.
  • Accuracy of Information: Clubs and federations are responsible for ensuring that the contact details and preliminary information provided are accurate to the best of their knowledge.
  • Event Planning: Information collected through preliminary registrations will be used by Artistic Swimming WA and Artistic Swimming Australia for championship planning, coordination and event-related communications.
