The Competition will be conducted as per Synchro WA’s Technical Package & Skills Testing Package.
Participants of Level 1 are at the Head Coach’s Discretion:
- 10 & Under State Stream
- 12 & Under State Stream
- 12 & Under National Stream (New Athletes Only)
- 13-15 State Stream
- 13-15 National Stream (New Athletes Only)
- 16 & Over State Stream
- Junior National Stream (New Athletes Only)
- Senior National Stream (New Athletes Only)
The entry fee is $35 per competitor in the Skills Testing Competition.
Technical Skills
For Technical Skills testing, the metronome will be set at a speed of (120).
A black suit and white cap must be worn. Goggles are permitted.

- Right Split Position in Support Scull
Flexibility Skills
Form fitting black shorts or pants must be worn
Form fitting black shirt is optional or black bathers
Fitted socks may be worn for split related testing (Highly advised)
Hair must be neatly tied back in either a pony tail or bun.
