The Recreational Adults program is designed for anyone and everyone! If you are at least 16 years old and are looking for something new and fun to try, this class is for you!

Entry pool fees are paid separately by swimmers
Meeting point
Directions to the outdoor gym:
- Enter Cook and Philip pool.
- Go down the stairs and turn right to face the basketball courts
- Keep walking down the hallway past the physio offices
- At the end of the hallway you will find the outdoor gym ( we will be at a gym room next to the basketball court and outdoor gym if it is raining)
- Look for your coach Hannah.
What to bring
- Swimwear (one piece preferred)
- Towel(s)
- Drink Bottle
- Goggles
- Nose clip and Swim Cap (available through the club)
NOTE: No previous experience needed. Swimmers must be comfortable in deep water.
