A 1 day foiling taster designed to give the opportunity to try foiling in a controlled and safe way, core sessions of the FOIL-LAB will be focussed on body-centric foiling classes and specifically what is happening under the water.
The focus of the Foil-Lab will be on: - Body Intelligence - Foiling Fundamentals - Relationship between the body and the foil - Exposing the body to unstable foiling environments in a safe, controlled setting
What does it include? Classroom and on water sessions covering theory, practice and simulations
