🏆 Only 55 Days to Go! Get Ready for the Championships! 🏆

The countdown is ON — just 55 days until the Championships begin!
Entries close on 4 August, so make sure you’re signed up. That’s just 26 days left to get your entry in!

🥇 Individual Championships – What You Need to Know

Open or Graded? Here’s how it works:

• Every age group will have an Open Division, made up of the top 8 ranked players (where numbers allow).

  • These players will compete in a triple knockout / Swiss draw format.

  • The winner will be crowned the 2025 Champion for their age group.

• If fewer than 8 entries are received or rankings are widely varied, a 4-player round robin may be used.

• In some cases, age groups may be combined, but there will still be a champion named for each age group.

• All other players will be placed into Graded divisions based on rankings:

  • Division 1 = next 8 ranked players,

  • Division 2 = next 8, and so on.

🔹 All players will get at least one game per day over the three days of the event.
🔹 If you'd like to compete in the Open Division, make sure your ranking qualifies — we’ll do our best to include you!

🎉 Post-Championship Function – You're Invited!

After the individual presentations, come celebrate with us!

🕕 When: From 6:00pm–10:00pm
🍽️ Food: Roast meat rolls & fresh salads – just $15
🎶 Music: DJ spinning tracks from 6:00pm
🍻 Bar: Open all evening
🕺 Where: Under the marquee – complete with tables, chairs & a dance floor!
