If you are, or have, a child under the age of 19 then they should get involved in one of the world’s healthiest sports, squash.

Squash is not only great for your health but a great atmosphere to learn new skills, improve hand-eye coordination and play in a social atmosphere to make new friends.

Squash SA currently provide several different ways in which juniors can participate in squash which include:

  • Junior Club Programs
  • High School Competitions
  • Junior Tournaments
  • Junior Development Squad
  • State Team selection

Squash is a great fitness sport for life.  Juniors can play casually for fun, or progress along the junior pathway which includes playing junior tournaments and/or Development Squad and State Team selection.

Junior Squash Club Programs are targeted for any skill level between the age of 7-16 years old.  Coaching is provided by a Squash SA Approved, nationally accredited WWCC coaches. Our fun, cost effective sessions include active games, hand-eye coordination games and of course squash.
