Terms Of Registration

TOURNAMENT CONDITIONS

  1. The Western Raquetball Classic is a sanctioned Australian Racquetball Tournament Committee (ARTC) event
    and forms part of the Australian Racquetball Grand Prix Circuit. The tournament will be conducted under the Rules of Australian Racquetball.
  2. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to combine and/or cancel events where necessary, vary or regrade any entry
     or change the format or scoring of any grade where necessary, or to utilise normal knock-out, swiss system or round robin
     draws.
  3. All players are guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches.
  4. Players may only enter one event in Singles and one event in Doubles.
  5. Entry to Junior Girls & Boys Singles events is open to players under 13 at 31 October 2025
  6. Protective eyewear must be worn by all players 19 years and under.
  7. Players must report to the tournament control desk 30 minutes prior to their match.
  8. Players are requested to mark/referee the game immediately following their own match.
  9. Western Squash & Racquetball Centre will not be held liable for any injuries or illnesses received whilst participating in the tournament. All players enter the tournament at their own risk.
  10. Australian Racquetball adheres to Squash Australia’s Privacy Policy (Regulation 7). By providing your personal information,you consent to its use, storage and disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
  11. By entering this tournament, you give permission for tournament organisers to use any photographs or video imagery ofyourself in printed publications, on the internet including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, live streaming or in other electronic formats for press or print purposes. If you do not agree to this media release, you must make this known to Tournament Organisers upon entry.
  12. Consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is not allowed between matches and may result in disqualification.
