World Masters Hockey has announced the dates for 2027 Pan Am Championships and Australian Spirits Committee has decided to take advantage of this opportunity for our entire contingent to attend a tournament together for the first time ever at the same venue on the same dates.

NOTE: This form is ONLY collecting Player Confirmation or Withdrawal of nomination for 2027 Pan Am Championships for players who had nominated for the 2027 European championships.  IF YOU DID NOT PREVIOUSLY NOMINATE FOR 2027 EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIPS, PLEASE EXIT THIS FORM AND COMPLETE THE NOMINATION FORM ($25 FEE).

We understand that for some players the dates may not be suitable, however the opportunity is still too good to pass up and we hope that as many as possible will be able to support the Pan Am event.

I confirm that I have read the updated Touring Guide before making my decision about this event.
