Event Waiver

SoPYC Training Boat Lease Acknowledgment

I acknowledge that I am responsible for the boat allocated to me during training sessions. Any damage or required repairs must be reported immediately to the Class Coach or Senior Coach.

Boats are expected to be returned in the same condition as at the start of the lease. While accidents can happen, damage caused by misuse may result in a repair fee.

I confirm that I have read the above Event Waiver in its entirety.*
