Which Fleet?
If you are still learning to race and not confident about racing without guidance then the Green Fleet is for you!
If you are confidently getting around the race course at your club, then you are ready for the Coaching clinic & the Youth Championship regatta.
The Green fleet program is targeted towards sailors who are starting to learn to race. The focus of the program is on having fun, meeting new friends, and learning new skills as an introduction to racing. There will be a mix of coaching sessions, practice racing, and fun activities on and off the water! The program is open to sailors with an Optimist, Sabot or Open Skiff. There is no official racing or results published for the Green Fleet, every sailor will recieve a certificate of completion!
