The Board of Directors are seeking Nominations for the following Director roles, to actively participate in the running of our sport.
Elected Director (x1)
Currently we have 5 Elected Directors and a Secretary, and we are looking to expand the Board to comprise 6 Elected Directors.Not only to assist with the management and running of our sport, but to facilitate effective succession planning and timely rotation, as required by our Constitution.
This position will be elected at the AGM being held on 26th September in Darwin.
Appointed Directors (x3)
These Directors will lead, and have specific accountability, for the following areas:
1. Grants and Partnerships
2. Memberships
3. Athlete Liaison
The Board of Directors will review all nominations for Appointed Directors and determine successful candidates.

Nominations for both Elected and Appointed Directors are to be made in writing, signed by both the nominator and nominee, and submitted to admin@skippingaustralia.org.au no later than 29th August, 2026.
